South Carolina does NOT have reciprocity with any State as of 2015. Therefore, this course is designed for those who have an ACTIVE Real Estate License in another State but want to acquire a SC Real Estate License. Per SC Law, agents coming from another State, with an active license in that State, for the last 6 consecutive months will be allowed to take the State portion of the State exam (30 questions). Those Agents are NOT required to take a course, just the SC portion of the State exam. However, Pinnacle offers a 20 hour course (2.5 days) on the material that you will be tested on. The cost of this course is $150 which includes a study booklet. Or you can purchase the study booklet with highlighted and margin notes for $100 if you prefer to self study. Please note that we charge a flat rate shipping charge if we are required to ship.
In addition to the SC State course, you may be required by SC law to take the 30 hour Advanced course. The SC law states that if you have lived in SC for more than 6 months, then you will be required to complete the 30 hour Advanced course. If you have NOT lived in SC or have lived in SC less than 6 months, you will NOT be required by law to take the 30 hour Advanced course.

Steps to Acquire a SC Real Estate License:
Step 1: Order a Certificate of Licensure from the State your current Real Estate license is held.
Step 2: Mail the Certificate of Licensure along with this APPLICATION to LLR-Real Estate Commission.
Step 3: Take the Pinnacle 20 hour State Course
Step 4: Call PSIexams.com to schedule your State exam
Step 5: Find a SC BIC to hang your SC License with
