Since 2016 NAR states all Realtors must complete 2.5 hours of Ethics training every 3 years. Our Ethics course is approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and NAR, so it will count as a CE Elective AND fulfill your Ethics Requirements for NAR.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Nicely at our local Association, Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS. I get all of my real estate education from Pinnacle Real Estate! If you want a great real estate school, give them a call. If you want an awesome Realtor because of Pinnacle, give me a call! Pinnacle is the best in the area! I do all my classes through Pinnacle. They always have what I need and it is extremely easy to schedule. I can not say enough wonderful things about Jennifer and Pinnacle Real Estate Academy! I (unfortunately) moved to Florida for a couple of years and let my license expire. So i have had the pleasure of taking the first 90 hours twice from Pinnacle and am actually kind of glad I did. The way things are explained and the willingness to help is unmatched! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Trust me.. take the class. You will be glad you did!
