Fourteen years ago, Pinnacle Real Estate Academy started with two people, a dream, and an unwavering commitment to elevating real estate education. Today, we’re a team of 15 operating across four states, we’ve been voted the #1 Vocational School in South Carolina, and we’ve beaten out community colleges with budgets ten times our size to become the Grand Strand’s best real estate school year after year.
But everything we’ve accomplished over the past 14 years was just the warm-up act.
On September 1st, 2025, Pinnacle Real Estate Academy was awarded authorship of ALL Required Curriculum for the state of South Carolina for the next seven years.

The Timeline
New curriculum will launch in late 2026 for the new CE cycle. Between now and then, Jennifer (our fearless leader and curriculum architect) will be living in her office writing, designing, and perfecting every course.
